Contacts are here first of all for one thing: reporting an error in a calculation. This page has the address, the order in which enquiries are handled and what to include so the answer is specific rather than general.

We handle enquiries by priority, and the first priority is errors in the numbers. The reason is simple: a wrong calculation does more harm than a missing page, because people lean on it when deciding whether to buy a challenge.
Name the page, the disputed number and the result you got yourself. If the formula in the text gives something else, that is the most valuable message you can send us.
first priorityA link to the firm's current document and the date. Rules change without notice, and we do not monitor every firm continuously.
second priorityWhat helps is not the name of a topic but the wording of a real question: we choose pages by the questions people actually ask.
third priorityIf it is unclear where an assumption came from or why a calculation is built the way it is, ask. An unclear methodology is a defect too.

What happens to your message

- Reproduction
- We have to see the error ourselves rather than take it on trust. With your calculation attached, this step takes minutes instead of an hour.
- Finding the cause
- What gets corrected is not the number on the page but what produced it: the formula, an assumption or the source. Otherwise the discrepancy comes back at the next edit.
- Checking every place
- One and the same number appears on several pages and in the diagrams. The correction is made everywhere — a check for contradictions is part of the process.
There is deliberately no feedback form on the site: a form means processing personal data, and for the three kinds of enquiry above email is enough. We neither collect nor store personal data.

In what order are messages handled?
Reports of errors in the numbers come first: a wrong calculation does more harm than a missing page. Then outdated firm rules. Suggested topics and questions about the methodology are handled as capacity allows, with no fixed deadline.
Can you recommend a prop firm?
No. We have no reviews and no rankings as a matter of principle, and a firm's compatibility with a strategy is checked by calculation — with the lot calculator under its limits.
Do you review other people's trades?
No, we do not give personal trading advice. To judge your own numbers the site has the pass-rate scale and the calculation of the probability of passing.
Can I suggest a topic for an article?
Yes. It helps more to send the wording of a real question than the name of a topic — we choose pages by the questions people actually ask.
Do you publish guest articles?
No. Material from firms or commissioned by them is not placed on this site; that is written into the editorial policy along with the other rules for handling content.
Will you help in a dispute with a prop firm?
We cannot mediate: we have neither the standing nor the leverage. But if a disputed wording in the rules is instructive, it may become part of an article — that is the only form of help we have.
Why is there no feedback form on the site?
Because a form means processing personal data, and for our three kinds of enquiry email is enough. We neither collect nor store personal data.
Do you collect visitor data?
No analytics counter is connected and the calculators make no network requests. The only things stored locally in the browser are the ticks in the checklists and the chosen theme.
May I use material from the site?
The formulas and the logic of the calculations — yes, they are set out openly for exactly that. Copying whole page texts we do not permit.
